The Rotary Club of Northampton Becket has prepared a 2 CD-Rom Resource Pack to help schoolchildren in the UK to understand more about the lives of children in Malawi

The pack contains an outline planning sheet for a cross curricular unit of work (primarily for key stage 2 but would also be an excellent stimulus for key stages 1 & 3).

Linking with the schools in Malawi would develop the global dimensions of the school curriculum, encourage children to become caring global citizens and to develop a deem and lasting understanding of the lives of the people in central Africa

They contain, 12 detailed classroom activities over 60 photos and information about ways to raise funds to buy a Classroom Box & establishing lasting links with schools in Malawi.
